Farty, Full & Bloated! Tips for a Flat Tummy :)

Here's a topic that not many like to talk about...but it happens to all of us.   You know that full, uncomfortable feeling deep within your belly....that sluggish slow feeling...that 'whoops, gassy feeling",....urghh, we all get it. Men & Women alike..although I have to say that for Women this feeling can be worse with the on-set of our wonderful 'monthlys'.   Zoolander Quote: (Movie) "Todd!
